We only place seafarers on ships where the labour conditions are in conformity with the applicable national legalisation and collective bargaining agreements (if any) between the shipowner/operator and a representative seafarers’ organisation. Our objectives within recruitment and screening of seafarers towards the Clients are: - a sufficient number of relevant applications for employment are received in order to cover the Clients need for seafarers - the job ability of each applicant is systematically screened and recorded the job ability is matched with the standard requirements and requirements of the Client where it is intended that the applicant will be employed to identify competence gaps (if any) - to communicate the true job ability of each introduced candidate introduced and to have a dialogue on suitability and assist the client with training of the candidates (if needed)
