• Designing studying & defining the scope of project. • Planning, organizing, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring, controlling & reporting of different projects. • To Assure proper Health & safety training for all employees, visitors, vendors before entering in premises and set target to achieve ZERO accident with awareness program and close monitoring. • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets. • Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures. • Coordination & monitoring of the various activities throughout the time of the projects, to act as a Co-coordinator between the clients, consultants, contractors. • Correspondence with various suppliers/consultants on techno-commercial issues. • Skilled in developing work plan, managing deadlines and coordinating with teams and estimated skill requirement. • Manage and maintain work break down structure of the project. • Preparation of different level of schedules with respect to master time schedule. • Preparation of master construction schedule look ahead schedule, monthly reports, analysis report comparing with target base schedules. • Proficient knowledge of Scaffolding, Piping and piping standards as Material specifications, sizes schedules. • Knowledge of different ASME, API, ANSI, IBR Codes. • Knowledge of WPS, PQR, • Effectively manage labor requirements/manpower planning, production planning, stock
