For further development of company we are looking for young and experienced candidates to fill the position of Production Engineer.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Wire harness full production process (wire cutting, contact crimping, wire welding, assembly process, packaging) and equipment;
• Wire harness assembly process parameters, quality controls;
• Wire harness End of Line testing;
• Engineer or technician with professional experience;
• Experience in the field of assembly planning / industrial engineering with the following aspects;
• Planning of assembly process and workflow (concept and detail);
• Design and balancing of assembly operations;
• Planning and installation of semi-automatic devices;
• Workplace design & ergonomics;
• Material supply, internal logistics;
• Layout planning;
• Quality understanding (inspection planning, product labelling, traceability etc.);
• Calculation of assembly processes (time recording/REFA or similar, clocking/utilisation, etc.).

Candidate requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree;
• Knowledge of automotive standarts;
• Experience using CAD software: Catia. Experience with another CAD/CAM/CAE programs will be helpful;
• Conversational and technical language skills — English, (German will be an additional advantage);
• Must have the ability to occasionally travel (International);
• Candidate must be self-driven and pro- active.
