Main tasks:

  • update the Strategy of the Company based on the Evolutionary Purpose and Values with other members of the TOP team, taking into account challenges in the key stainless steel pipe markets for the Company (priority — sales growth in the USA, increasing the margin of the sales portfolio in Europe, overcoming sales restrictions on the Russian market).
  • update regional sales strategies in according with a new Strategy of Company;
  • ensure the implementation of sales plans by volume and margin in accordance with the targets;
  • increase the efficiency of interaction between sales offices, back-office and technical support at the main office (Nikopol, Ukraine), indicators — staff productivity and involvement growth, error reduction, process automation (standard product catalog, CRM, description and analysis of business processes, etc.)
  • gradually introduce Values management in sales divisions, combining a geographically remote sales team with a Company Evolutionary Purpose, promoting intangible motivation systems (autonomy, recognition, development) in the conditions of a complete refusal in the company of any bonuses.

Results:

  • To increase Centravis share in NAFTA market to 8%.
  • To increase share of products HAV (high added value) to 35% of the total portfolio.
  • To bring the size of agency payments to a level not more than 4% of sales in the relevant market over the next 2 years.
  • To increase back office’s work productivity by 30% over the next 2 years.
  • To increase sales team involvement to 61%.
  • To introduce a talent pool formation and management program in the sales team. Deadline — until the end of 2020.
